Dim sum is served throughout the entire day from 10 am through 11 pm.  Red Egg also offers a menu that is comprised of exceptionally fine Chinese cuisine with a sprinkling of Peruvian dishes.  Following the tradition of Asian cultures, we have designed our menu for sharing. We recommend you embrace this custom as well in order to sample all the wonderful dishes that are available.
